The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to deliveries and services to end users. With an order the terms and conditions of Fa. Simen + Nonnast are recognized.

Contract
The contract is concluded by acceptance of the customer order by the company Simen + Nonnast. About the conclusion of the contract, the customer is informed by a confirmation or at the latest by delivery of the ordered goods. Orders can be placed in writing, by fax and by e-mail.

Withdrawal / complaint
Any complaints about defects must be reported by the consumer within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. This notification must be made in writing with precise details of the defects. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial, independent or professional activity. The period begins with the receipt of the goods by the customer / consumer. Possibly. Returns can only be made after written agreement and after clearing the assumption of the transport costs by the consumer. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.The revocation must be sent to: Simen + Nonnast, Lindenstr. 37, D-73230 Kirchheim.
Defects due to transport damage: Before accepting a shipment, the packaging and the contents must be checked by the consumer for integrity. The acceptance of damaged shipments must be refused. If a damaged shipment is accepted, the damage must be noted on the delivery documents of the deliverer and the goods may only be accepted with reservation.
In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides must be returned. If the customer is unable to return the received service or goods, only in part or in a deteriorated condition, the consumer must pay compensation.

Work contracts
Special requests, custom-made items and other work contracts are excluded from the right of revocation.

Prices
All prices are final prices in Euro and include the currently valid VAT. In addition to the net price for the goods, the prices for packaging and shipping as well as the VAT valid at the time of invoicing are also shown on the invoice.

Delivery
We reserve the right to deliver before delivery, cash on delivery or immediate payment on delivery. Delivery is usually by GLS, DPD, Deutsche Post or forwarding.

Payment, late payment
By orders with invoice, the customer agrees to pay the invoice amount within the payment date specified on the invoice. Deliveries abroad are usually only with advance payment.
Default of payment occurs without further reminder with expiry of 10 days after due date and receipt of an invoice. The company Simen + Nonnast reserves the right to charge reminder fees and default interest.

Accounts
There are a variety of bank details available for payments. Payments with PayPal are available with additional fees.

Warranty
The legal provisions of the civil code apply.

Retention of title
All delivered goods remain the property of Simen + Nonnast until full payment.

Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Kirchheim / Teck or another legal place of jurisdiction at the choice of Simen + Nonnast.

Final provisions
By judgment of 12 May 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Liability for links", the district court (LG) in Hamburg has decided that by attaching a link, the contents of the linked site may have to answer for. According to the LG, this can only be prevented by expressly distancing oneself from these contents. We hereby dissociate ourselves from all contents of all linked pages on our homepage. This declaration applies to all links on our homepage.
